📌 Where Do My Orders Ship From?

Our products are dispatched from fulfillment centers located in Vietnam and China. Based on your delivery address and stock status, we ship from the most optimal warehouse.

📌 How Do I Edit My Order?

You may edit your order within 3 hours of placement. Send your request to cs@tshirtshoppingonline.com with your order ID and desired changes.

📌 Is Worldwide Shipping Available?

Yes! We currently serve over 200 countries globally — including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and others.

Note: Deliveries are not available to APO/FPO military bases, or countries under restriction such as Iran, Cuba, North Korea, and Syria.

📌 Order Tracking Information

After shipment, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please wait 3–5 business days for tracking data to become visible.

📌 Returns & Replacement Guidelines

You’re eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • ✔️ The product is defective or damaged when received.
  • ✔️ You got the wrong item (design, size, or fabric).
  • ✔️ The parcel hasn't arrived after 30 days.

Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect order details provided by the customer are not accepted. Email cs@tshirtshoppingonline.com within 7 days of delivery.

📌 Required Evidence for Returns

  • 📸 Picture of your label and tracking number.
  • 📦 Snapshot of product SKU or outer package.
  • ❌ Clear photo showing the issue (defect/wrong item).
  • 💬 Email proof of your previous messages (if applicable).
